The research for PlaySync began by exploring how players book turfs, find coaches, rent sports equipment, and connect with others, along with the challenges they face at each step. It also examined the needs of key stakeholders such as turf owners and coaches in managing schedules, availability, and engagement. By reviewing existing platforms and identifying gaps in the market, the research aimed to uncover pain points and opportunities. These insights formed the foundation for designing a unified, user-centered sports platform that simplifies access, coordination, and community building.
